How to Verify Availability
This is a general guide. This website does not check addresses, collect your address or confirm that any service is available anywhere.
Start with the exact service address
Availability is decided address by address, not by city, ZIP code or neighborhood. Use the full street address, including any unit or apartment number.
Confirm the address format
Small differences, such as a unit number, a new-construction address or a mailing address that differs from the physical location, can change the result. Use the address as it appears on your lease or deed.
Ask what was actually checked
Ask the provider or seller whether the result is a preliminary lookup or a confirmed serviceability check for your address, and ask for it in writing where possible.
Consider the building
In apartments, condos and managed communities, wiring, property agreements and owner permission can affect which services can be installed. Ask your landlord, property manager or HOA what is allowed.
Ask about installation
Ask whether installation is self-service or technician-performed, whether a visit is needed, what the installation or activation charges are, and what the provider needs from you, such as access to wiring or a mounting location.
Renters and owners
Renters usually need the owner’s permission for exterior work such as drilling or mounting equipment. Owners may still be subject to community rules.
Moving or new construction
Confirm your move-in date and whether the address is recognized in provider systems before you depend on a start date.
Keep a record
Note the date, the name of the person you spoke with, the address checked and the answer given.
Eligibility is not an order
An address check does not guarantee service, a speed, a price or an installation date. The provider’s eligibility check and written confirmation control. Our team discusses new-service sales by telephone and collects your service address during the call; provider-supplied secure links are used for confidential application fields only.
Next, use the Comparison Checklist to evaluate costs and terms.
